By downloading or using VoxMax Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Usage & Safety

VoxMax Pro allows you to increase your device's volume beyond standard levels. **Extended exposure to high volume levels can cause permanent hearing damage and may damage your device's hardware.** You use this application at your own risk. SamSeen is not responsible for any damage to health or hardware.

3. License

VoxMax Pro is an internal SamSeen project. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except as permitted by law or explicit license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that it will meet all your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SamSeen be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
